What you have in your head is most important.Being Prepared for any Situation:  This course is a MUST for everyone who wants to be the best prepared to deal with any emergency situation or survival situation.  It teaches the foundation principles needed to properly handle the various aspects of an emergency or survival situation.   These skills are actually more important than a survival kit!

THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY THE MOST IMPORTANT ITEMS YOU WILL NEED IN ANY SITUATION.
They never change.  "Principle based instruction is the key."  "Ways, Means, Techniques, and Methods Change, Principles never do."
Therefore, by understanding these fundamental principles of survival (Wilderness, Urban, or Life) you will be far better off, than the person who has purchase the latest nifty survival kit.   If you can answer the following questions, chances are you are going to do well in most any situation:   (1). What are the fundamental survival priorities is every survival situation?  They are the things you will want to assess and determine what if anything needs to be done, so you chances of survival go way up.  Over looking even one of these can mean quick death, or serious consequences.  (2). What are the fundamental Medical First Aid Priorities in every medical emergency?  Again, over looking one, or getting them out of order, can mean quick death, or serious consequences.
Do your family a big favor and sign-up now. In this 3 to 4 hour course you will learn the Survival Priorities in Every Situation.  The Medical First Aid Priorities.  Memory methods to assist in remembering theses valuable skills.  The most important items to have in your survival kits.  Fundamental skills of Improvisation, "the key to survival."  Various improvisation techniques, and much more.  Price for the life saving course is determine by group size and location.  Course includes: Course binders, instructional handouts, testing material, Wall Certificate, and Laminated Wallet Card. In any situation you have three items to work with: Knowledge, Environment, and Resources. Of these your knowledge is the most valuable tool you will have, regardless.  Is you knowledge "tool" up to par?
Risky Rescue??? Search Management, High Risk Survival and Risk Evaluation Skills Training #1:  Being able to identify and evaluate the degree of risk in a given situation defines the master from the beginner, and when it comes to Technical Rescue it also defines the likelihood of a successful rescue situation.  Fact is, bad circumstances almost surely exist before a rescue team arrives.  These risks may be compounded with time, due to changing weather, or other changing condition.  Risk evaluation is often very dynamic.  In this course we teach the high risk survival formula (A + P) x I = HRS and how it operates, how to apply numbers to the various risks so you can tangibly communicate and evaluate the actual situation, and show how to break risk down into its various components including "Risk Potential" "Risk Factors" and ultimately come up with you actual "Risk Exposure"   With this system you will find it much easier to decide a go or no-go situation.   Most teams are familiar with the Incident Command System (ICS) for maintaining a functional operation, but there are more tools like this, based on the simplicity concept (KISS), that can make night and day differences in your operation. This course is a must for administrators, chiefs, and on down to front line personnel.  If your department has not conducted a formal Vulnerability Assessment of your Area Of Responsibility (AOR), then you may missing the boat.  Now-a-days, search and rescue operations are becoming much more structured than in years past. These skills will help put your community in the forefront and on the cutting edge of technology in today's SAR Operations.    This ??? hour course includes field exercises, training binders and material to assist you with your AOR, Preoperational Plans, How-to conduct your own Vulnerability Assessments, How-to rate your various vulnerabilities', formulas for deciding how-to  utilize  your budget effectively and in such away that you will be able to justify your expenditures, and more.

Work in  progress . . ....... under construction

Smart Business Owners / Operators know their math.  Part of the math picture is know the "key" equations.  For example:

(Safety = Profit)

". . . In fact, an effective safety and health program forms the basis of good worker protection and can save time and money—about $4 for every dollar spent—and increase productivity and reduce worker injuries, illnesses and related workers’ compensation costs.  . . ." --- OSHA Publication ---

(Entrepreneurial Mindset = Profit, Efficiency, and Excitement)

"An entrepreneurial mindset is described as a group of meta-physical dispositions, also known as entrepreneurial spirit, which lead to the innovative practice of identifying and/or creating opportunities, then acting to manifest those opportunities in a productive way."

(and Of Course, Others . . .)

Point being,  If you desire to see your business team achieve levels that are profitable, and satisfying to you, there are certain steps or ways to make it happen, and though some parts may seem unimportant or "Just an Obstacle to be dealt with."  At times, it surely seems so, but in reality the, it is not so.  It is important for a team to be on the same page
